Do all homes qualify for rebates?
Most single-family residences with grass or turf qualify for rebates, as long as you take plenty of before-and-after photos to document the project. We confirm your home's eligibility during our free audit.
What's the turf removal process like?
We use non-chemical solarization or mechanical demo to remove the turf, followed by soil preparation and planting, all completed in one to two days with immediate drip irrigation activation for seamless establishment.
How do I water new xeriscape plants?
You should deep soak the new xeriscape plants one to two times per week during the first summer, then gradually taper watering to near-zero as their roots establish in Utah's climate.
