If you have secondary water, you know the battle with your pressure. Luckily Kordell had just the right solution to fix my pressure issue in my back yard zone. They were in and out in a day with nothing left behind except a perfectly working system. Super pleased with the crew over at Avalawn.

We did our project in these months to save some money, and even in the freezing weather, the crew showed up with a great attitude. They were able to make our whole yard water wise in just a week. Xeriscaping some areas due to inefficiencies and overhauling the whole sprinkler system. 10/10 times would recommend these guys to take care of any of your irrigation needs.

Davin and Kordell (and crew) are the hardest workers! They turned my 200 foot back fence into a low maintenance beauty. Worked with me when adding/changing stuff. Kordell is very knowledgeable and saved me from having to replace the 9 trees I bought because we have secondary water. Got it done quick. AvaLawn went the extra mile to repair my fountain pump while adding some water lines that the original installer neglected to add. Kordell knew his stuff about fountains too! I would highly recommend!

We had Avalawn do our drip system, removal of a water feature, and install rock in all the boarders and beds. I can’t say enough good things about how well they did! They took a run down yard and made it look amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. I will be referring them to anyone I know who is shopping for anything yard related. We’ve had a persistent issue with our fountain for three summers and two other companies couldn’t figure it out. Kordell came out and pinpointed the issue super fast. He knew his stuff when it came to water features. While he was here he fixed our drip line that we didn’t even know had a leak. I’ve worked with plenty of contractors in my day but it's rare to find one that actually wants to help rather than doing the bare minimum. I highly recommend Avalawn!

I had Avalawn clean our waterfall, empty the reservoir tank and make sure our pump was working properly Eric did a wonderful job cleaning and refreshing the waterfall after years of buildup and yuck. It looks beautiful! He even went so far as to rearrange the rocks so that it sounded much more pleasing. They were easy to work with, and pricing was more than fair. I will definitely use them again.
